After battling my weight and baggage for almost 10 years I decided on 11/26/2010 that I'm done. I'm going to face these battles with as much honesty and humor as I can...and hopefully come out the other side with an understanding of myself and how to self-heal.
On 12/3 I decided to do this using HCG...it's controversial but I have a lot of friends that have used it very successfully and really transformed their bodies...so here I go!

HCG Journey Phase 3 Mind Body Connection thoughts
So I've had a bit of a hard time wrapping my brain around this new person...so I talked about it...for a long time...but the upside is you get to see my handsome hound dog Buster! That's worth the long vlog...I hope.
